Scanpan CS+ Stainless Steel Starter Frypan 2 Piece Set 20cm & 26cm - 2pc

We’ve never been this excited about a nonstick collection! CS+ raises the bar in every way with revolutionary Stratanium+, Scanpan’s first ever commercial-grade nonstick. Made in Denmark, CS+ provides the home chef with an almost indestructible nonstick surface combined with the luxury and durability of a clad, brushed stainless steel exterior. The ultimate cooking surface is now even better, thanks to a micro-textured surface for exceptional searing and food release for easy serving and cleanup.

With two sizes to accommodate varied cooking needs, this professional-grade skillet set features Scanpan’s five-layer clad-aluminum construction, which distributes heat quickly and evenly and boasts superb heat retention.

Completely PFOA-and PFOS-free, Stratanium+ nonstick is bonded directly to the pan, so it doesn’t blister, peel or scrape away, even when using metal utensils—our most durable nonstick surface yet! Unlike other nonstick pans, Scanpan can be used for browning, searing, and deglazing and is dishwasher safe for easy cleanup.

Use & Care:
SCANPAN Classic Cookware is dishwasher safe, however SCANPAN recommends hand-washing as shown in the User Guide and drying thoroughly after use. Vigorous cleaning can be applied as SCANPAN STRATANIUM cookware is 10 times stronger than steel. The non-stick surface will give you years of great service as long as it is cleaned after each use

Please Note when heating your cookware with the following options:
GAS

Do not apply high heat (excessive flames). Always ensure the flame does not extend up the side wall of the cookware, as this could cause damage and/or excessive heat on the handles themselves.
Gas cooktops may have uneven surfaces and should never be left unattended.
Electric/Standard

Ceramic/halogen cooktops - always make sure both the surface of the cooktop and the base of the cookware are clean before each use.
Permanent marks may result if this is not done.
Electric/Induction

Induction cooktops - always make sure both the surface of the cooktop and the base of the cookware are clean before each use.
Permanent marks may result if this is not done.
Not all SCANPAN STRATANIUM non-stick cookware is suitable for induction technology. Refer to product packaging.
Do not use surge or boost function. This will expose your cookware to excessive and intense heat and will void your warranty
