Our Returns Policy

Unwashed, unworn, or unused items in original condition may be returned upon presentation of your original invoice up to 14 days after receiving your order.

Faulty merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange upon presentation of your original invoice within a reasonable time frame.

You are welcome to return online purchases in any of the following ways:

In person

Present your online invoice at any Country Road retail store within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please ensure you also bring the credit card used to make the purchase. If an original receipt or credit card cannot be presented, a gift card will be issued as an alternative.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of Country Road online purchases in Trenery stores, Country Road seconds/warehouse stores, or in Country Road stores located in Myer or David Jones.

Alternatively, you can post your goods along with your online invoice within 14 days of receipt to:

As Country Road is not liable for the loss of garments being returned it is recommended that you return your unwanted goods using registered mail.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, Country Road will gladly pay the postage and packaging costs for a replacement. However, all “change of mind” returns must be shipped and handled at the customers own cost.
