Gift Discontinuations

Occasionally you may find that items that you chose have sold out before your registry is closed. We encourage you to check your registry on a regular basis.

Any items which are no longer available will be moved to the bottom of the list, and will be clearly labelled as unavailable. Your guests will not be able to see any unavailable items.

You are able to add more items to your registry at any time.

Price Changes

From time to time, Country Road may change the retail price of its goods. Please note that your guests will pay whatever is the current retail price of the items on your registry.

Discounts

Your guests are welcome to redeem any discounts they have received as a Country Road Cardholder when purchasing for your registry.

If Country Road happens to be running an online promotion at the time your guests purchase off your registry, they will be entitled to the promotion.


Retail Stores

Our Retail Stores are unable to access and update your Registry. Should one of your guests choose to purchase your gift in our stores, the purchase will unfortunately not be recorded on your registry.

Exchanges

Items purchased as part of an online registry can be exchanged up until 14 days after your event date, or as otherwise arranged with our Online Team.

Please note that gifts will be exchanged at the current retail price, irrespective of the price paid by your guests.

Your Thank You from Country Road

Country Road will issue you with a Country Road gift card valued at 10% of the total amount purchased on your gift registry. Please note that it may take up to 14 days after your nominated delivery date, for the gift card to be issued. The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, and can only be redeemed in Country Road retail stores (not online or on Country Road product in Myer or David Jones).

Delivery

Country Road requires a minimum of 5 business days between the date of your event and the date you would like to have your gifts delivered.

Overseas Guests

Please note that guests living overseas are able to purchase from your online registry. Any overseas guests will need to have the gift delivered to your nominated delivery address within Australia or New Zealand.

Delivery Charges

Your guests will be charged a small delivery fee when they purchase from your registry. The delivery charges are based on the weight of the gift, and range from $10-$19. This charge covers the cost of transferring the item from our retail stores to a central distribution point.

Country Road will then deliver all of your gifts to your nominated delivery address free of charge to you.

Please note that Australian registries can only be delivered to addresses within Australia. Likewise, New Zealand registries can only be delivered to addresses within New Zealand.

We are unfortunately unable to deliver to addresses outside of Australia or New Zealand.

Gift Storage

Country road is unfortunately unable to store your gifts for extended periods.

Cancellation

Gift registries can be cancelled by contacting Country Road on 1300 874 144 (Australia) or 0800 851 560 (New Zealand) or email us at online@countryroad.com.au.

In the event of a cancelled gift registry, the gift recipient must provide written confirmation that the event has been cancelled.

Country Road will contact your guests to arrange a full refund of any gifts already purchased, at the current retail price. However, we will be unable to refund any delivery costs incurred by your guests.
